Your instructors are the best. They are well versed in want they do; they sent the tone and direction for the class. Essentially, I have one hour to get a good workout for my body and mind, I never go home disappointed. I'm in the best shape I've been in years.

Natalie is a highly knowledgeable yoga/fitness instructor known for her clear and precise instructions. She prioritizes proper form throughout class, continually offering pointers to prevent injury. Her classes are challenging yet inclusive, with options for both less and more challenging movements. She not only leads the class but also emphasizes correct form and posture, maximizing the benefits of each session. Natalie's classes progress from basic to advanced movements, providing a well-rounded workout. After her class, I feel invigorated and fulfilled, appreciating the time dedicated to self-care. Natalie's cheerful demeanor and positive energy contribute to the enjoyable atmosphere of her classes, complemented by her well-selected music.

Corepower Yoga has become my favorite part of my week. Every instructor whose class I’ve taken is absolutely amazing! Clean, refreshing facilities along with range of classes makes this place so great. 10/10 would recommend.

CorePower studio at Cherry Creek, Denver is well maintained, modern, light , it has plenty of space for practice....the staff is super friendly and welcoming, at the same time those teachers who I practiced with are knowledgeable, experienced teachers. They offer the first week free to try out various classes, something not very usual Cherry Creek area :) I really liked my experience and I am set to continue for much longer ! Fully recommend :)

My recent CPY1.5 Chakra experience on Thursday evening with the sound bath element was pure magic! What a great way to introduce my pre-weekend with this physically soothing and emotionally invigorating flow. I am grateful for the teachers who bring in quietude and mindful breathing. There is so much grace in the teachers' style.
It's not about the sweat or high temperature of the room. I much prefer non-heated yoga but come to CPY for the instruction, the convenience (LOVE the ability to take classes in both NorCal and SoCal locations) and variety currently offered (yin/restorative, 1.5, sound bath elements, no heat - one-time offering in Rockridge).

I love Sinthia at Sauganash. Her Saturday 9am HPF is amazing. Pace is slow, deliberate. Extra time in all postures and stretches, etc.
Voice and music —“flow-ey”, ”meditative … not intrusive. The room is super perfect both temp and humidity-wise. Everyone in the locker room sings her praises. Please show her the professional appreciation she deserves. Thank you!!
