I would recommend Core Power to anyone who wants more challenge and variety to their yoga practice. Although the clients are generally younger, as a 73 yo, I have always felt comfortable and welcomed in this studio.

I love how smooth it is to book into a class, I love the availability of class times to work into my schedule. I also love that it feels accessible for people of all levels.
I personally like the core restore layout and that the setting is relatively temperate. I am not a hot yoga person and this never gets so unbearably hot that I want to leave. I’ve just wanted to work on flexibility more and to extend my exercise toolbox beyond what I usually do, and it’s also a good way to spend time with my partner.

Love this place. I started doing yoga about 2 months ago and it has really helped with my aches and pains. Ash’s HPF classes are amazing. I also really like the flexibility of the classes. There are up to 19 or more classes a day sometimes.

The weights seem cleaner in your studio. There’s plenty of room and you have a lot of of excellent teachers. I am sad that you lost some of your best early morning teachers during the week.
Spacious studio, we took 2 C2s and 1 sculpt class during our weekend visit and teachers were great! The sculpt class was a little too dark, but other than that, we enjoyed our practices.
