The entire staff is friendly, easy to work with and refer to you on a first name basis. The facilities and equipment is clean and well kept. The class variety and times are great and fit well into my schedule.
Everyone is friendly and they meet the needs of all clients. Modifications are made so everyone can feel successful. Pilates is an excellent workout. I enjoy the classes at Coreworks and the instructors are great.

Convenience and location, but more than that the personalized program and great results. After only a month of working with a trainer, I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength and ability to succeed at other sports. My diet has improved and overall I feel much healthier, even though I started out at a high level of fitness.
Location is very convenient for me. Also I like the variety of different classes of Mixed Equipment Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre & Chair.

I joined CoreFitness in January of this year. I have really appreciated the way that every instructor has been kind and patient with me. They never make me feel stupid or inept (even when I think I am!) In particular, I am grateful for Fran, for Megan, and for Joanna. Because I live in Laurel, I usually attend LS classes. Thank you all. I am so glad I made this decision. In six months, I am not where I want to be. But I sure am further down the fitness road than I was, and I think Pilates makes so much sense. Thank you!
I would hv more classes mid day, later on a few evenings and more in laurel on the weekends. I also think the price is a little much. I do like the classes and the teachers so I’m investing in my self for the next 3 months and I’ll see how it goes financially.
