Small classes, clean, great instructors, convenient location
The highly trained and skilled instructors; the creativity in keeping the Mat Challenge class interesting and challenging; the adherence to a policy of arrival to class on time by participants. Compliance to policy of on time arrival to class maintains respect for those who do arrive on time and minimizes disruption of class time.

Love variety in classes, multiple locations and flexibility of class cards. Wished there were higher level Pilates barre classes and options in Laurel on Sundays aa well as afternoon classes on weekends in either location.
