I have loved taking the classes. Sharky is very engaging and challenging. Previously, when I have taken Pilates at the gym, I've always liked it but never necessarily found it challenging. I'm so glad you all opened a studio in Laurel.
1. improve the web site. The schedule system is difficult to navigate.
2. employ a text/e-mail reminder system for classes.
3. I've only been to 3 classes so far but in each instance, the instructor has said something like...I won't push you too hard on this... or I won't make you do too many of these reps... or I don't want to tire you out to much with this... I come because I want to be pushed, not to be coddled. Can't the instructors provide options that allow options for those who either want to be challenged or those who would prefer not to?
4. Combine the Laurel studio with the gym. I would love to come early to a class and get on a treadmill before the workout.
I love the teachers they are always pleasant and willing to help. The facilities are clean and equipment is organized. I come off and on when my budget allows and I am always welcomed as though I never left. It’s such a refreshing experience, I always leave inspired and revitalized.
If you want a great workout for your WHOLE BODY this is where you'll find it Great classes with awesome instructors!! There is a class for every body!!

Coreworks is a wonderful place that contributes to my overall good health. Since joining and going to pilates classes twice a week, my back stopped hurting!
The instrcutors, online schedule management, and the variety of class times. It would be ideal if there were 7-8 am classes in Columbia daily.

Coreworkks has a whole mind and body approach. They meet you where you are, fit or not, overweight or not, older or younger. The classes and instructors have enough variety to keep your interest while giving you the most comprehensive workout you'll ever get. No worries about getting injured, or 'I don't look right for this gym'. The people are kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgable. Love this place!
The class times at the Laurel location are convenient for my current schedule. I like the sizes of the classes at the Laurel studio, as well as the knowledgeable and patient instructors, and the variety of classes. I like that you offer an unlimited package of classes, and the price for unlimited classes fits within my budget at this time. It is also nice being able to sign up online for classes.
