Both locations I've been to (Columbia and Laurel) are very clean and smell great. This is less common than one would hope. Everyone I've met on the staff is just great: professional, competent, upbeat and friendly. I had my first mat class today with Doreen and she is a wonderful teacher. She was encouraging and didn't make me feel the least bit awkward when I had trouble with something, which is rare. I'm very easily embarrassed, so I think this proves her skill as an instructor. :)

Everything. The staff is very informative and patient, the class sizes are very manageable; so that each client gets individual help. The environment at Coreworks is very inviting...the energy is revitalizing and I always come out feeling much better than when I went in.
