Joel was professional and knew what was needed to clean the carpet. He was patient and
answered all my questions. He did his best on this old and abused carpet. I like the product; if I had known about this company years ago, I would have always called Zeroze. My carpets would have lasted longer. I will continue to call Zeroze for my cleaning because the product used is an excellent cleaning method, and I will request Joel and schedule on a day he can clean .

Overall quality of the carpet cleaning was great…I am not very happy with the grout cleaning so I would not recommend that to someone.
No smell
I like the fact that there are not chemicals or soap products in the cleaner. My carpets feel clean and soft wity no soapy residue. Our technition always does a great job.
Zeroex did a great job of cleaning my carpeted rooms and stairs. Spot cleaner was applied, and some very deep stains were lifted out. The person who did the cleaning was very pleasant and anxious to please. He was also courteous and professional.
So far we like the job he did. Joel B.was very professional and answered any questions that we had. He kept us informed of anything was doing. Very fast and efficient.
