The operator was very courteous and knowledgeable. He cleaned up really well after he was done. It was snowing out so there was some water tracked in, but he did a good job of cleaning that up and wearing the blue boots to keep the carpet clean. The carpet was in bad shape so I was concerned how well it would clean up. It looks great after the cleaning. I am really happy. It got me a few extra years of life out of it with this cleaning. The carpet dried pretty quickly after and there was minimal smell. I am really happy with the cleaning.

The technicians are always so professional, punctual and very up front about the services they will be performing. They are very respectful of your home too. Caster and Mat were fantastic and had my air ducts cleaned up in no time.
Zerorez will be back in the Spring to get my carpets and flooring all cleaned up after winter.

On time, explained process, 2nd cleaning if needed at no cost

After having some streaking from the first cleaning, I contacted Zerorez and they sent someone out the very next day to fix the carpet. It looks fantastic, not sure what the problem was the first time but it didn't look clean and there were streak marks in the room that wouldn't come out as we vacummed it. The second time it really looks clean. Very happy and will definitely use again next year.

We should have had the vents cleaned before now but kept putting it off. We are extremely pleased with the results. Our home feels cleaner and the air is much more pleasant. No soap residue on fabrics and removes all stains!

Both products and service reps provide good results. Carpet and furniture seem very fresh and bright after cleaning. They dried in a timely manner. The young man who provided the service did a thorough job, was very personable and completed the services quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely call Zerorez the next time I need these services.

Clean and refreshing.

I love zerorez! My carpets are in such better shape and feel better. I wish I had know about them 20 years ago when we built our house. We've had lots of pets over the years and gone through alot of different companies. I highly recommend the and also their different spot remover products.

The technician that cleaned our house was outstanding. He was friendly and worked extra hard to address a couple key spots on our carpet.

Every service we have had has been great. They were able to get some terrible stains out of our carpets.

Having Zerorez clean my carpets several times now
shows how much I turn to them for cleaning. Their price is so reasonable and their cleaning is very satisfactory! The workers go about their business and my carpets look clean and fresh when they leave! Our 16-1/2 year old dog was having accidents on our carpets. She had been a “rescue” dog and had gone deaf! My husband let her out early one morning to do her business and gone in to turn the coffee pot on. He went to the door and two neighbors were carrying Maggie to our door. She had been attacked by a coyote, witnessed by the two of them. My husband and I rushed her to our Vet!’s office! Maggie did not make it! She is in Dog Heaven now! I called Zerorez to clean our carpets knowing the spots she soiled might not completely go away but the carpet would be fresh. Wehave several small grandchildren crawling around and I wanted the carpets clean and fresh! The young man that came was very knowledgeable and did a very satisfying job! So yes!
