I've been using Zerorez annually for the past six years because of the great work they do and because they are certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute (something required by my carpet warranty). I am always satisfied with the work and professionalism of the technicians and my carpet still looks/feels like new.

We have used other carpet cleaning companies, the "S" companies. We switched over to zerores a few years ago and can testify that the zerores process if heads above the other companies. We have always been very satisfied with the results and the Techs that have come out. I have to give an extra shout out to Castor, the tech that came out yesterday. My wife said to be sure to give him a special shout out as it is obvious he took his time and got out a couple stains that we thought were permanent. We had pet odor issues. Castor listened to my concerns and after considering the challenges of each specific area, put together a game plan how best to address the areas effectively and efficiently. Now that the carpet is dry, it has not looked better since new. Castor did an outstanding job and I cant thank him enough! (I mean,,, he made my wife happy, what more could I ask for).

From the very first phone call I could tell the customer service at this company was incredible. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly, anticipated my questions and was prepared with answers. He shared details of the company's products and was upfront with pricing. They were able to get me scheduled quickly.

William, my service technician, arrived on time and was equally as friendly. He confirmed my order and made some suggestions to add on but no hard sell. He completed the work quickly and left my carpets and furniture both looking and smelling fantastic. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone looking for carpet or upholstry cleaning service.

Your product is excellent but your technicians the best. William Rodriguez cleaned my carpets and was so professional and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the work he did. He did an excellent job.

Caster was great. My dryer would not run, it kept giving me a dryer blockage error. He came out for a re-service and he recleaned my dryer vent and found a huge blockage. Thanks to him, I can now use my dryer!
