The air smells and even sounds of the air coming from our vents sound different now. No more dusty vents! Having the dryer vent tube cleaned out was a relief, too. It was bad.

Professionalism

Everything looks cleaner and fresher. The technician, William R. Was very anxious to to a good job; he was very polite and explained the procedures very well. He used the stain extractor on one particularly stubborn stain and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I like that you can be scheduled to come out quickly. I like that the treatment dries quickly. The operator was friendly, explains everything, and is very good. Nothing to dislike.

The technicians arrived on time and were very friendly. They did an overall good job except on the stairs. There's a brown stain on the landing that was not there before they cleaned it. Something happened when they were working in that area that caused them to change the cleaning wand. There is also a streak on the riser and tread of the first and second steps. I didn't notice this until Friday evening.

I was able to book an appointment the next day after one of our dogs threw up multiple times on our carpet. Was so thankful to have our carpet sanitized before our grandkids came over. Grey came and did a wonderful job. Stains removed and after opening the doors to let air flow through the house the carpet was dry in a few hours. Highly recommend this company
