Our technician, Castor, was absolutely incredible. He was right on time, was so knowledgeable and explained the process and what to expect in great detail. As a first time home buyer, we were unsure of how this all worked but Castor was so helpful and friendly and gave us truly the best service possible. Not only was the service great, the results were spectacular! He got every square inch cleaned and it looked great. I will definitely be requesting Castor and zerorez for my future cleanings.
