A great, professional and friendly company. My carpets look fantastic and there is no "crisp" feel to the carpet after drying which has usually been the case after carpet cleaning from other companies. I really like the process used by ZeroezKC and definitely recommend using them. OUR service tech, John, was super and definitely knew his product. WE will certainly use ZeroezKC again!

I appreciated the quick response back from my initial phone call. I was able to schedule cleaning within a week after contacting them. The work and expertise John and Michael showed was appreciated. They took the time to listen to our needs and was able to clean the carpet and take care of the many stains we had due to years of use and pets. After the cleaning the carpet looked fabulous.

A friend of mine had used zerorez in her and when my husband and I bought our house she wanted to give us a house warming gift. So we got all our carpets in our house cleaning. We are very satisfied with the way our carpets look.
