A friend of mine had used zerorez in her and when my husband and I bought our house she wanted to give us a house warming gift. So we got all our carpets in our house cleaning. We are very satisfied with the way our carpets look.

The fact they could clean my oriental rugs was great news. They look fabulous!!!
Dry time on the oriental rugs were within 4 hours and the rest of the rugs were about 6 hours. The carpet wasn't soaked with moisture like other carpeting cleaning experience.

How my carpets felt after they were dry, soft & clean. Literally, no residue could be felt on carpet. Carpets were dry w/in a couple hours!

The service technicians (Joel and Micah) were very attentive and accommodating to my needs. They worked hard to remove any stains in my carpet and/or dirt from high traffic areas. I was amazed with how clean my carpet were immediately afterwards, as well as a whole week later. I really like their product too, esp. since it's "all natural". I have been using the sample they gave me quite a bit in my kitchen (e.g. counter tops, island, appliances, etc). I am really glad that I gave Zerorez a try! I will definitely be using them again.

Note: I was also super impressed with how quickly my carpet dried (4 hrs)! Wow!
