best carpet cleaning we've ever had!

Carpets look really good and so does most of the grout. John was excellent in calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

The company is quick to respond to email and phone calls. We used the carpet cleaning service in the past and this time I was needing just the carpet cleaner refill. It works great at getting stains out of the seats in my car. We still use it for occasional areas for our carpet. Our house is mainly hardwood floors, except for the bedrooms. When we need our carpets cleaned again, we will use zeroez.

John was amazing with his work and customer service! Our job was at the end of the day, a large room at a church. While he was there, someone else asked him if he could do a second smaller room and he agreed to do it while he was there. He looked like he had already worked very hard all day, but he took on the extra work with a smile. I was very impressed.

I was very impressed with the way the solution cleaned the carpet. The way it was swept up was great. It had to have gotten down to the nitty gritty of the carpet.

How much cleaner my carpet now is over other cleaners

I have used numerous other companies to clean my carpet, and within a couple of weeks the stains reappear in the same place. This is not the case with Zerorez. They were professional, personable and did a great job.
