The other day a stylist chose the next boy to get done but took my son's name of the waiting list by mistake. Their names were not similar. When I asked a different stylist why his name was gone she asked the occupied stylist who gave her a bad look and asked her "why" in a rude snobby manner. It showed the competitiveness and coldness of doing one client after another.
This location is very good and is always busy. I like the check in system.
