It was wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and the location is so exceptionally clean. Their customer service can't be beat.
The staff are friendly, and waiting times are listed as customers sign in so everyone is taken in turn, and the board gives you approximately the time your up for your haircut. The MVP treatment ( extra cost), and personally I only would have it the odd time, but it’s a customers choice and they only ask and never push you to get it.

Great service, we came 25-30 minutes before the closing, Melissa took my little one and did a great haircut. Was a great communicator, very natural. Because it was my little one's first time there, he was entitled to a wash and something else (warm towel something), :) and she was about to do it literally 2-3 minutes before closing, i.e. she was about to stay past her shift time to provide full service for my little one, and only agreed to not do it after I asked her not to worry about that because it was almost her home time. I love how she didn't make me feel rushed for even a moment and genuinely wanted to provide the best service possible. She didn't even mention the time when it was 7:58 p.m. and they were closing at 8. Great customer service. Will go there again.
