Clean and very friendly staff
Always a great experience, I go very frequently and I have never had an issue. I’ve been going to every Santikos theater in San Antonio since I was little and as adult things have stayed unique and fun.

Seats are comfortable, lots of parking spacs, theater is clean.
The theater was very clean. The new ticket buying set up was different. The chairs were out this world. So amazing and comfortable. I really felt like I was in a home theater. The concessions could use a deal for rewards members to pull you into the movies more often. My only complaint is I wish they had the machine to fix your own drink like the grand 16 on Johnston Street. Other than that, I really like the experience. Furthermore the staff was helpful and welcoming, so I recommend this establishment.

Movie was great but we had seats in theater 6 row F seats 9,10, and 11. Seat 9 did not work. The legs would not extend and raise up. This was in the Diberville theater

The young lady who hostessed was very nice and did a great job to ensure everything went off without a problem. My son loved his party and we'd definitely do it again.
I really like the self-serve popcorn—it’s amazing. The self-serve drinks are great too; instead of waiting in line for employees to fill them, it’s much faster in my opinion. The seats are also very comfortable. Overall, it’s just an amazing experience.

Great movie, great refreshments, big line for Avatar but it moved quickly, had points and got a free drink. Outstanding experience!

I love the renovations at the Silverado! It is so easy to buy the tickets we need, great food options, the arcade is fun and can't wait to try the bowling. I come about once every two weeks to the theater, sometimes I bring my three kiddos and Santikos is very accomodating. Great experience each time! The last two times Jonathan has been very helpful in getting me situated with movie tickets and is very patient!
Excellent experience, on vacation wanted to see a movie and everything at the theater was great, will visit again when in town.
Able to fill my own popcorn and control how much and where to put butter. Also love the drink options.
