I wish I could remember his name but there was a guy that helped me at the customer service desk figure out my points.I've earned and how many I needed to get a free ticket.And what I could buy to earn those kind of points like a popcorn or a drink. I had one small concern. He asked another gentleman behind the counter. I assumed a management, and he immediately fixed my concern.

We had an issue at a screening of "Iron Lung" where the audio was incredibly low in the theater we were in. Additionally, our two seats did not recline whatsoever.
We were contacted by the Theater Director, who immediately asked questions to identify the issues and to address them. Bradley went above and beyond to not only take care of the theater but to ensure that we would return as movie-goers. Thank you!
