We LOVE The Grand and we love it even more since Santikos took over. Everyone is friendly, the rewards program is so nice. We have been 3 times since joining and already earned enough for a large drink on our most previous visit. We actually bought tickets for 8/31 by accident and arrived on 8/30 to see Twisters. The staff were kind enough to switch our tickets for us so that we did not have to make the drive from Alabama the next day. I’m a teacher and the best thing to do on a weekend after being on my feet all week is to kick back in a recliner seat and relax with my family.
Always have a great experience and looks forward to the next visit!

Easy
Simple and easy, but still had to wait in line.
I like the spacious well-lit theater, food options, and the availability of bowling and arcade games.
Reagan not so much….but the lovely theaters and comfy seats with a TRAY!

More attention can be given to the coke machines, they seem to be inconsistent the past few times.

The bar staff is great, however the bar itself could use something.. its an odd space and not fully utilized or decorated.
The overall flow of the facility is not super inviting or personalized - might invest in more decoration, memorabilia or LED lighting...
