Great theater, delicious food
Staff was great and it was clean inside and outside. There were a few seats that the cushion came out of, but overall great experience.

Love the VIP experience. The service was very slow, it took about 45 mins to get our food. That was the only downfall

I absolutely love your burgers these days! The drink fountain pours every time, with plenty if ice at the ready. The popcorn is always full, and ready to dispense, with plenty of butter as well.
Your prices are on the high end, but I can't complain much, seeing as you are keeping up on all items I mentioned. Please continue with what you are doing, and I guarantee we will keep coming back.

What I didn't like is that I couldn't use my points of a slice of pepperoni pizza like the website says I can. The team member looked a a cut sheet of paper listing the rewards and said I couldn't get it. So why have it listed as an option?
Ability to select seats and flexibility of being able to buy tickets online or at the theater. Multiple entertainment options and birthday party accommodations
The sofa seats were amazing along with the beds.
How do I use a free new member ticket please help?
The recliners were great but when you pick up your feet it sink you down, and for short people it’s really hard to see unless you get a pillow to make you higher lol

I love that I can buy my movie tickets through the ticket box. The theater, restrooms & lobby is always so clean.
The biggest hit for me is that I love that I can pour my own popcorn, butter & soft drink without waiting on the staff to get it for me plus it makes buying & paying at concession stand go fast. 2nd best is using rewards card to build up cash back to use toward tickets or concession stand. Thank you Santikos, I am one happy fan!
Need to put concessions for soda and popcorn on both sides, also video game needs to be garranteed of play, I swiped the card and deducted but service from the game not rendered and then not refunded by the employee
