We had a storm blow through and it knocked out the projectors. They offered everyone a refund regardless how much movie time was left to be viewed. More than fair.
- Great place to watch the Met in HD Operas.
- More people will attend Met in HD presentations if you advertise them more
- Viewing movie schedules and BUYING tickets was WAY MORE practical under previous administration (before Santikos took over)

The theater was a relaxed experience, not over-crowded. The staff were VERY friendly and everything is very accessible. The facility itself is a little worn-out with some of the seats in particular needing some TLC but it was a clean, safe, and good quality experience overall. This is my preferred movie theater in Winston-Salem over all the other choices.

Very nice and clean
I like the atmosphere. I like that it is a little smaller than the other theaters. The decor is fun and the theater is clean. I like the reclining seats. The location is also great for us. We live between Santikos Cibolo and Embassy. The Embassy is in the middle of a lot of the restaurants we frequent. But sometimes we also go to Cibolo.
It was a very easy check in and the people were nice
Love the place and will always come when new movies that I like come out
