Almost everything, employees are always friendly and helpful if needed. Theatres and restrooms are always clean, the food is good, especially the all you can eat popcorn. Food prices are a little to high but that's to be expected at any theater. The sound system, and I guess digital movies are always good.
What I don't like is the outside ticket machines are closed with only 2 inside and not being able to use cash.

Polite staff and a great environment. I rented a theater to have my wife's birthday party and it was wonderful. We go regularly and have a great time each time.

I love coming here! The rewards are great and the staff are friendly. The whole place is clean drink machines always work and popcorn is always hot! Also love that we can use as much butter as we want!

Shannon was very timely in her responses via email. She also gave all information when I asked my many questions. Because this event was a school field trip, it was frustrating for me that I did not have a final headcount when discussing the theater arrangements. We ended up having more students than what the the theater could hold and I had to tell students they could not attend. For the past several years, we had been offered multiple movie selections and never had to worry about capping the total number of students attending.
I love that Tuesdays are $5 tickets along with $5 snacks and beverages. Customers with families can enjoy a movie and not have to "break the bank". I also love that the seats recline and are very comfortable.
Santikos NB is a nice venue. Clean, well run, friendly staff. $5 Tuesday’s are great too!

I had a great time celebrated my 30th birthday at the movies with friends and family
I like the Westlakes theater. It does not get too packed. I don't like the popcorn stations, the popcorn seems a bit stale. Not as good as it used to be.

It's not as modern as the santikoes in texas but it'll do
Restrooms are clean, staff is friendly, popcorn is fresh, drinks have great variety.
The theater was clean, there were plenty of concession options, and the staff were friendly.
Santikos staff were very kind and accommodating of our large group! Our students had a great time, we were welcomed warmly, and the popcorn/drink process for each student was very efficient. We were in and out quickly, enjoyed our movie and arcade time, and were treated so well while there. Students, parents chaperones, and teachers alike were all very impressed!
Tuesday are affordable and a nice environment for date night.
My pppcorn & snacks were great! The lobby was clean, theater I watched my movie on was clean. It was just a very cold temperature while watching the movie.
