Friendly staff, variety of food
The staff is very friendly and the theater and concession stands are clean. The bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. The location for us is close and not as congested as other locations. The sitting in the theaters and the sound quality are excellent as well as being well-maintained.
This theater is honestly a game-changer! The new seats are like lounging in your living room, but better - we're talking super comfy recliners that make you forget you're even in public. Everything is spotless (no sticky floors or mystery crumbs here!), and you get tons of personal space so you're not awkwardly sharing armrests with strangers. The whole place has this fresh, modern vibe that makes movie night feel special again. Trust me, once you try watching a movie while kicked back in these seats, you won't want to go anywhere else!

Love the theater and love the charitable giving. I see on average one movie a month at the palladium. I wish as a frequent movie goer I could book online without a transaction fee. Or, since I usually get concessions, give it back immediately as a discount on concessions. Just a thought.
My husband and I enjoy the movies we try to go every Friday. It is our date night. We have been married for 57 years.. The staff at Embassy are nice and very helpful..
