Before I say my constructive criticism just know I love Santikos, and I love the northwest theater, the most affordable, with still all the benefits of any of the other ones.
Only thing in the theatre I was in this time was either AC was really loud or speakers aren't that good in that specific theatre to the point where it was hard to hear the movie. Other than that I've never had a complaint in my 10+ years going there.

I love walking up to see Linda at the window. She is awesome friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. I like seeing previews. I'm an avid movie goer so the rewards program is very important to me.

Great place and the staff is wonderful. But this is the second time the lights stayed on until 30 minutes into the movie. Other than that, awesome place.

We were in theater M and some of the seats were broken. The theater was not full for our show so we just moved to a few empty seats!
Santikos at the Myan is my favorite place. Employees are nice and helpful. Theaters are clean.
There is one thing I do dislike about but the sodas are water down and other flavor drinks don’t have any flavor as well.
My last experience I was disappointed this had not happened to me the movie was Superman and we where put in a big screen but the movie was showing like a small screen that there was not good.
