Mostly dislike the seats in the actually IMAX theatre and never go there.
Not a fan of self-serve popcorn as they keep it filled even on slow midweek matinee days, so not hot or fresh.
FWIW, coke taste mix in Icee machines has been ‘off’ for a number of weeks.

Theatre is always easy to go to . Crowd is not to heavy . I would recommend making it look a bit more cleaner .

The comfortable chairs and timing of movies. Also I love going late because it’s never crowded when I go.
I have always preferred the popcorn first of all, but really the theater is usually a lot cleaner and it is closer to home so we can be there within minutes. I love five dollar Tuesday and the free children movies during the summer for when the grandkids are over.

I like that you have discount Tuesdays. The movie tickets are $4.99 and the large drinks and large popcorn are $5.99 each. That is a great deal. I also like the comfortable reclining seats. I have recommended Santikos a couple of times today already.

Love tuesdays. I think movie tickets across the country were cheaper. Like $8-9. Ppl would return to movies. And also drink and popcorn should be no more $10. I don’t know if volume will better the bottom line or not. But I think this is what is needed to fill up theatres again

The people are very, very friendly. I enjoy going to the theater for the relaxing seats, but the only thing is I wish they would take cash sometimes I don’t have a credit card with me and I like to use cash.

We like the discounted tickets. We are retired and on limited income. This helps a lot. I like the phone app also. We would watch movies at Amstar in Oxford AL once are twice a month when they had senior discounts but had to stop going when they discontinued them. Thank you for the new discounts.

its my go to movie theatre
Great theater with great team members! Very spacious and comfortable seating. We like that we don’t have to look around others heads to be able to see the movie.
