This place is the greatest theater in the world, and that the Southside of San Antonio gets to house such a wonderful escape from reality, there can be nothing better.

I bought tickets for myself my husband and my daughter to watch how to train Your dragon for what I thought was the first Friday (June 13th) showing. Apparently I bought tickets for Thursday for a movie that opened the next day (?) The young man at the movie theater realized that I had made a mistake when we showed up what I thought was a half an hour early to get our seats and then realized that the tickets that I bought were for Thursday. They took care of everything immediately refunded our tickets from Thursday and gave us tickets to the next showing which would have been 3:00 on Friday. They understood and were fantastic about helping to fix my mistake.

Sound volume way too loud. Fewer than 10 people. Not enough mass to absorb all the sound waves. I had to use ear plugs.

I love the convenience of self serving our popcorn and drinks. This recent visit, the poocorn was not fresh and tasted very stale, I brought a friend with me to Santikos and it was their first experience and unfortunately due to the popcorn tasting like it had been made some time ago, we didn’t finish our large bucket, only 1/3 was eaten.
How clean everything was. The staff was also very polite.
