Friendly staff, clean building
It is always clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful and there is a large variety of snacks and concessions to choose from. Besides the movies itself there are several other activities that you can choose to do.

I enjoy the movies, popcorn, and drinks, especially the reclining seats. Oh so if you order a large popcorn you can go ahead and get refills for free and that includes drinks too

Our hostess (I wish I remembered her name) was on top of everything and every detail was so organized and was a smooth transition from eating, arcade and bowling. We had so many compliments from all the parents that brought their kids on the food and the entire event!
Great employees, big, open lobby with lots of room for everyone, quick in and out, comfortable seats with excellent view.

I’ve been going to Northwest 14 since the 80’s I love that it was finally remodeled and it’s up to date like the other theaters. The theater and common area are always so clean and tidy the drink station is the same

I’ve always enjoyed the palladium. Took my kids for the first time and a gentleman with a booth offered a free drink and popcorn to my kiddos! Huge deal to me seeing their smiles.

The Mayan had such a great vibe to it! I adored the Halloween decorations and it felt like the early 2000’s movie theater experience. It was a little spooky and everything looked movie set ready. Everyone was working so hard and keeping busy. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this place but I only came here because it was the last place I could see Freakier Friday at in SA. Thanks for bringing me back to my childhood.
I like that this theater shows the UFC. All went well with my experience. The concessions I had were good. The place was clean and orderly.

Also I went on Friday and everything was fine except that the movie in the next theatre ( Avatar) was sooo annoyingly loud at times that it was such a distraction from the movie we paid a lot of $$ to see .
I grew up going to this movie theatre back when it was known at Century South.
It’s nice that it’s been updated but
I’m a regular working class person and it makes me sad that I can barely afford to go there with my family. It just cost too much for entry , even during matinee Tim’s which is not usually an option for a working person . Plus the price of food .
For me and one other adult and a 10 year old it was over $50
Then another $45 for popcorn and soda etc and I used my points which saved me a little money but it was still a $75 outting .
That is too much :(

OUr favorite theater has been Santikos Embassy. The theater is clean. We like the food. It's faster serving our own popcorn and drinks. Galaxy is just as nice. Further for us to drive, but not as crowded. You still had seats when Embassy was sold out.
The Santikos Team provided excellent customer service.
Marissa provided exceptional support in planning and coordinating the event.
On the day of the event, Adam and other Team members were attentive, courteous and demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout the event.
I would highly recommend Santikos to others planning a similar event.
