The staff was friendly, seating was comfortable
I love Santikos unfortunately on this visit the weather did not corporate. We were not able to finish our movie. The theater did its best to make the situation right. They gave us rain checks, which is great. It’s just a little inconvenient that they can not be redeemed online so you can have tickets before you arrive to the theater. Once again this was not on the theater they could not control they affects of the weather.

The location has been modernized with today's entertainment needs. The location is in a very prime spot.

The private screening at the Silverado location was excellent. The atmosphere felt exclusive yet comfortable, and the seating really hit the spot—super cozy and perfect for relaxing during the movie. The team was helpful and well-organized, and Jaime was especially great—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Everything and everyone was so helpful they didn't skip a beat helping me in any way. The 2 nice ladies that assist with the party was a 10 out of 10 very professional and polite and was willing to help anyway that could.
I just want to say the 3d glasses seemed clean but they did not stay on the head of my younger child. Seats weren't as comfortable as your other auditorium
