What could we do to improve?

Come up with a way to schedule that will not require multiple calls to ensure appointment is recorded and executed accurately. This is the 3rd time there has been a scheduling glitch - and this time there were two.

They clean very well, and with no residue, and the carpet dries pretty fast. The guy who came to clean was very friendly and polite.
