I have enjoyed my time as a member.
Classes have recently been quite full; I appreciate the numbering system of rowers/treadmill/floor. Some members have not yet seemed to catch on, so it might be helpful to remind them.
I appreciate when the front desk staff greet me by my name. It may be helpful if they wore name tags (to help me remember their names).

It's challenging. It's fun to be in a group setting. I love the coaches. I love burning all of those calories!

1. Was the music volume okay? Yes, it was OK.
2. Could you hear your coach? Yes, I could hear my coach.
3. Was he/she clear and concise with the demos and giving weight selections? Yes, she did.
4. Did she or he correct your form? Yes, she corrected me and paid attention to me.
5. Did you feel you got a good workout? Yes, I didn't reach the target zone (over 120) though, I felt I had a good workout. I still feel some tense on my arm muscles.
6. What could we have done to make your experience more enjoyable? If I clearly understand how to monitor the screen displaying my green/orange/ zone, I would be more enjoyable. The staff kindly explained to me but I realized I didn't understand 100% at that time.
7. What was your favorite part of the workout? I liked the cardio-workout because I'm week at cardio-workout and can't push me to go through the orange and red zones by myself.

Great chane up of work outs, great goal of spat points. Very effective that you get the most out of a one hour time frame.

I love that it's something new every time so you can't get bored and also that you don't know what the class be so there's no backing out once you are there.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeeted by a friendly person. The coaches are fantastic. They are full of energy and truly want you to do your best! The workout it’s self is the best I’ve ever done. Something I am able to stick to and see results in my own strength and endurance.

I like how motivational the coaches are and how friendly everyone is. I really like the variety of the workouts and the team atmosphere in the room. I always have fun!

The workout is intense but doable. I love the Madison coaches who push you, correct your form, and make you feel like you’re getting personal training.

I like the structure of the workout and the pace. In the past when I would go to a gym, I would spend more time wandering around trying to figure out what to do next than actually working out.

I like the variety, pace and guidance that I receive. I am new to a gym experience and the trainers really seem attentive to making sure I am getting the most out of my workout and providing feedback on form, etc. is very helpful.

I'm a track/XC coach so the workout helps me focus on areas that are usually neglected during the in-season (so, strength, rowing, etc.). I always feel like I worked really hard after, without feeling like I short-changed myself even when running less.

I love that it is competitive and facilitates pushing yourself. I really liked that instructors got to know you and pushed you to your personal limit. I really liked that there was a strong sense of community that encouraged attendance and participation. These are the components I would look for in any gym.
