It’s completely comprehensive full body workout in a user friendly style and in group setting that’s friendly as well as very supportive for all age groups and with good gender mix as well by well trained professional coaches who are determined to help us improve on ourselves not only as individuals but also as community by leaps and bounds with motivating consistency!

The coaches are great! They seem genuinely interested in helping clients meet their goals!
It is a different workout every class. The coaches are energetic and come to know each members strengths and limitations, so that they are individually encouraging within a class setting. They are motivating and always offer different opportunities for members to push themselves to be accountable and do the best that they can.
Love the variety in the workouts, the comradery between people in the class, and the amazing coaches!
I like that it includes a lot of running and strength. I like how the music gets louder and more intense during all outs. I like the coaches friendliness and motivation during it. I really like the competition in the transformation challenge (black vs orange) and how it is a community that I can easily fit into (don’t have to try hard socially).
I like that the workouts are different each day, that the instructors do mini callouts for people working out, the instructors demonstrate what the floor moves are and are willing to explain things further if needed, lastly I like that the whole atmosphere is just motivating so even if one is struggling everyone relies on each other to motivate and keep going.
I love that it is instructor led and is different everyday.

Everyone is very encouraging and friendly! The workouts are a challenge but the coaches are helpful without being over-bearing.
The variety in each workout plus the coaches are excellent.
I would like to join the strength training class on tuesday and Thursday, but it's only at one time and at the end of the day. It's not convenient.

The fact I don’t have to “plan” a workout
Everything! The structure and intensity, the low-impact and high-tech treadmills, the music, the heart rate monitoring. I like how the 60 class is a mix of treadmills and weights.
The coaching and the variety. The staff is very friendly always keeping an eye out to make sure the exercises are done correctly and always ready to help you make the right corrections. The music keeps me about motivated and seeing the results I have accomplished I know this was the right direction for me to go.
It’s high energy. I can see how hard I push myself!
