The exercises are explained. The heart monitor helps in knowing progress and is a motivation at the same time. The coaches are helpful. It’s structured class with a lot of variety of exercises.

The coaches are always so motivating. I feel like my coaches are almost a part of my family. My fellow members hold each other up and cheer everyone on. Chelsee is the absolute best coach and a great studio manager, 10/10 recommend her to anyone and everyone. Her approach to coaching is the most effective I have ever had at any other OT I have been to. Keep her at all cost!!

The consistency in work out plans, how they vary each day and work within all areas of my fitness goals.
It's comprehensive, head to toe, and a great mix of cardio and strength training. There's an accountability factor that I can't muster if I work out on my own at home or in another gym environment. I also love seeing my partial metrics during the workout and full metrics afterward to I can keep track of my progress over time.
Consistent intensity yet fun.
That I don't have to think. An excellent coach is there to guide me through a balanced and always challenging workout. I wanted to take off some pounds in 2015. I've lost 35 without dieting. 8 years and 6,000 splat points later OTF is the only fitness program I've ever been stay with, year after year.
Makes the time pass quickly, can generally push yourself as much as you want, good for most levels of fitness and age

OTF MV is a great environment! The team there supports you and all of the members.
There are so many things to like about Redmond OTF. The trainers, the front deck employees and the workout themselves!! I like the variety in the workouts (treadmill, rower & weights)and the fact that there is an instructor leading the class. The other participants are always encouraging. Very fun!! After the workouts you always feel a sense of accomplishment.
Each session is a great combination of endurance, power and strength. One doesn’t know what they are entering into for the day and that surprise factor is all you need before you enter those glass doors of the studio.
I like the group setting. The coaches make the workout. I have more energy and it keeps me healthy.
