I am not into trendy fitness routines and I think Orange theory is beyond that ! I have recently decided to make Orange Theory a routine and have loved taking Ginger's class . She is clear in instruction especially with the floor/weight area. I love her music.
It’s addicting!
Intense. Yet doable. Noticeable results. Never repeat the same combination of workouts so that it becomes redundant or my body gets use to it. I always feel like I’m challenged. I never walkout feeling like I’m wasting my money, or I could have done that at home.

I love the new screens on the treadmills. I enjoy all of the instructors. The orange 60 classes are amazing because I love getting in 25 to 30 minutes in the treadmill. The 3G classes I try to avoid. I do love orange theory and feel it is a great without. My only resistance to recommending to people is that it is pricey. With that being said, it was nice to see the improvement of the monitor on the treadmill added, as you feel like the cost is beneficial to the gym and your experience. Staff has been wonderful and friendly!

I like that the workouts can be modified for your personal needs. Also when you meet a goal you’ve set for yourself, they celebrate it with you know matter how big or small.
Love the quick circuits and variety - lots of changing moves and things to do so it goes by quickly.
It allows me to tap into my competitive nature while still creating a welcoming environment. Also, the instructors and front desk workers all make such an effort to get to know your name and a little bit about you so it feels like you are part of a community.
OTF Oxford has such encouraging coaches like Emily & Eric that keep me coming back!

1) I can do it! I’ve been a couch potato for a while before joining and previous times either I got discouraged, bored or couldn’t handle hard core exercise, I was afraid of OTF at the beginning but have persevered and it’s now part of my daily routine: it’s doable
2) It works all of my body, perhaps put a bit more emphasis on abs but if I only do OTF daily, I know I look good
3) It’s a group thing and little by little u get to know trainers and peers yet u do mostly ur own thing
It is intense and fun while challenging. The variety of workouts keeps the "routine" out of exercising.
I love all of the instructors and staff at OTF Brentwood. Also, the workouts are always challenging and keep it exciting
It was a good workout. The studio is kinda small. Th instructor wasn’t very personable or helpful.
I enjoy the variety of the workouts that really burn calories along with a helpful instructor. I get results and feel I get the most bang for my buck at Orangetheory.
The instant feedback of the heart rate monitor is a great silent coach/motivator.
i like that i don't have to think about it. i just show up and am guaranteed to burn 800 calories.
Friendly staff and great facility! Coaches are welcoming and motivating.

Best workout ever! Love my coaches and push partners! They are like family to me . After being a lifelong runner I have a workout that compliments my running and helps prevent injuries from longer distances. I am in the best shape of my life!
