Well rounded, challenging workout.
I like to go in and the workout is already planned so do not have to think about it, get it done, and out the door. The coaches are great, good leaders and help you push through.
I think OTF is a great workout. It is always changing and challenging. The front desk staff is always super friendly and fun. However, the instructor this weekend was far from my favorite. She was not very energetic and maybe slightly boring.
Love the ease of workout, but still challenging and the staff is really there for you to reach the next level!
I wanted to try OTF Chattanooga for a long time, but was too nervous; and I honestly thought I would be embarrassed because I wasn’t fast enough or strong enough- and I thought it was just highly competitive. In actuality, not only is it a GREAT, fun, fast-paced workout- but it’s really just competing against yourself to be better every single time. And, I love that I can feel myself getting stronger, being able to run longer and faster than when I started. The workouts have something for everyone. They change everyday and work the full body. The staff is so friendly and the members are supportive and motivating. The coaches are super knowledgable. They push you and cheer you on. I highly recommend this studio! love it here! Thank you guys for all you do! 🧡

The coaches are great and the classes are always changing and as challenging as you want to make them. It's a great workout for people of all ages and fitness levels since the heart rate monitor allows you to tailor the workout to your needs. The Franklin coaches are the best!
I love the sense of community! The energy is always high, even early in the morning, and the coaches do a fantastic job keeping everyone motivated. The element of surprise prevents the classes from ever feeling routine or boring. I look forward to working out now - OTF has truly changed my life!

I'd just love upper body workouts around 11 or 12.
Variety of exercises, coaches, not having to plan an exercise routine
I like how everything is planned and organized so I do not use mental headspace outside of the hour I'm at OTF. Coaches are kind and will meaningfully assist with exercise form and goals if you let them know you are interested. SAs are helpful, supportive, and maintain a positive attitude each day, which generates energy for the folks taking the classes.
I like how everybody is on their own fitness journey, so I don't feel like I am competing against the people around me. I also like how I do not have to talk to anybody if I don't want to - I don't have to use a bunch of social anxiety mental bandwidth just to participate. The hurdles to participation feel relatively low.
I like how the coaches say general things like "give it all you've got" to the class, but they don't call out a specific person who isn't going their hardest. There is a balance between being encouraging and pushy, and I don't think the OTF crowd are Olympic athletes that are here to be pushed to exhaustion. We are just trying to make some health improvements and get by. So I appreciate how the coaches manage that expectation appropriately.
I like how coaches and SAs all know my name and seem happy to see me when I show up.
I look so forward to my workouts with Orangetheory Fitness. It is not only the challenging and every changing workouts so you are never bored but it is the upbeat, energetic staff and coaches that keep me focused on my goals. They make a point of knowing everyone's name and make everyone feel welcomed, important and special. The coaches keep me motivated and although I am in a workout with 12-24 other people, I feel that I have my own personal trainer!

It’s fast paced and it’s never the same workout over and over again.
As a Realtor, it’s me against myself in regards to hitting goals. OTF is so similar as in I’m working to hit my own goals, beat my past goals, etc. I am solely responsible for the work I put in matching the results I want! And the Coaches and so supportive and encouraging. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else and wish I had joined sooner!
