Rarely do the same workout twice, I’m never too sore to workout the next day, and the coaches are the absolute best! They are very attentive, respectful when making correction to form, and genuinely want the members to succeed.

I love the variety of the workouts, particularly the endurance focused workouts. I also love the motivation and the help we get from the coaches. Mary Margaret is a gem and I adore her. She’s one of the main reasons I’m still attending.

Amazing workout in 1 hours or less
It isn’t boring. Good music, great variety and studio is clean. I come out feeling that I have had a good workout and not trashed for days afterwards so I look forward to coming back not dreading it.
I love that I get a full body workout all in one class so I can get the positive strength and cardio results I am hoping for.
The workout is set you just show up. The workout changes everyday, but still allowing you to get cardio and weight training in. There are options for everyone no matter your level of fitness. I have never stuck to a work out routine like orangetheory five years and over 800 classes. I have tried it all D-1, CrossFit, regular gym, barre classes, OT stuck! Bonus is you have a coach that can give you recommendation to go harder or ease it up. They are like your personal trainer.
I like just knowing why I’m doing something. Watching the HR zones and changing our activity to maximize it.

Keeps me honest and forces me to be aware of how hard (not hard) I'm working. I've always been self-motivated with fitness and never felt I needed "classes". I thought I would hate working out in group setting but it's forced me to work harder honestly. It's been great for me. I go 5 times a week.
The workout was in that sweet spot of being challenging but no too challenging.

Friendly competitiveness
I love the personalization aspect of it all. I feel like I am getting a workout catered to myself. I like knowing the logic of the spot points, heart rate monitor and the orange theory. Love my first workout!
