I love the combination of cardio with strength training, the layout of the gym, the energy of the trainers, the workouts, being able to monitor my heart rate and also the exercise monitors to show how to properly do each exercise. It’s a great atmosphere combined with a great workout and it helps to keep me motivated to keep coming back.

I love the atmosphere, it’s a group setting but no one pays attention to you so it’s like your doing your own workout with the guidance of an instructor. I also like that it’s filled with a variety of people of ages and weights.

Extremely supportive coaches! Will individually come up to you and explain sets or how to do an exercise and also individually encourage you! Really solid workout the whole time. The ability to make it your own, if you need to slow down for a round or two there’s no judgement, no harsh drill sergeant pushing you. Very much about knowing your body’s and your limits and beating yourself every time. Really fun music and atmosphere! Love it!!
I love my Orangetheory workout. It’s always a challenge and even when I hurt I feel great about my effort and the accomplishment of finishing a class. I have recommended and invited many people to join me.
I've been doing OTF now for 3.5 years and obviously love the workout. I just wanted to commend the East Memphis OTF staff/coaches for all they are doing including alot of recent positive changes. I seen several good things over the last few months including additional follow-through on OTF promotions (such as Dri-Tri, Marathon, transformation challenge, reporting benchmarks/leaderboards,etc), additional social media presence/promotion, and improved facilities (the new water fountain is awesome and finally got the TV working). I've also seen improved efforts to promote the community aspect of OTF with things like the dragon boat race and in-studio clothing promotions, etc. Keep up the good work!
I enjoy the structure of the workouts with 2 or 3 groups. I also like how positive the coaches are.

OTF workouts are always changing and the hour goes by quickly--and since I don't really enjoy working out this is a big bonus for me:) The coaches are encouraging and knowledgable. The workout area is spacious. Great place to burn some calories!

I am not into trendy fitness routines and I think Orange theory is beyond that ! I have recently decided to make Orange Theory a routine and have loved taking Ginger's class . She is clear in instruction especially with the floor/weight area. I love her music.
It’s addicting!
Intense. Yet doable. Noticeable results. Never repeat the same combination of workouts so that it becomes redundant or my body gets use to it. I always feel like I’m challenged. I never walkout feeling like I’m wasting my money, or I could have done that at home.
