I like that each block is broken down in smaller blocks. Makes it so my adhd doesn’t zone out and I can always say I can push for another 30 seconds. Love the loud music!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the consistency but the "mixing up" of the blocks. I like that the sets/blocks are generally familiar (in terms of technique and practice) from class to class, but how they are staggered over the course of a week/month/etc. means that it doesn't get old or boring. For me this really helps that I can see progress...using a heavier weight, gaining distance and speed, etc.

I love how all the workouts can be adapted to each member’s needs— accommodations for ability and experience, challenges for more elite athletes, and just take it easy days.

I love that I can count on showing up and receiving a high quality workout without doing any preparations of my own! The instructors are excellent. They motivate me and help me make accommodations as needed!

At OT you get an amazing guided workout every time. The trainers are awesome, the different exercises ensure it's never the same workout. It is as intense, or not, as you make it.
I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to improve themselves.

I love the class setting. Being around others sharing the same goal makes showing up a lot easier. The playlist is always awesome and pumps me up. I love seeing my name on the screen to challenge myself to hit those splats!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety and that it is a full body workout in one session! For me, it’s a real benefit that a coach can demonstrate exercises, provide modifications if needed, push me to use a higher weight than I might choose for my self if I were solo, and ensure that I am safely performing the routine.
