A great atmosphere. All of the coaches are supportive and responsive. The workouts are always challenging and it never feels like you are doing the same workout twice with variations between floor, row and treadmill exercises.

The coaches are so motivating, every class is different so you never get bored. I love that you get a total body workout with both cardio and strength training. You can always modify an exercise if you have orthopedic restrictions. Coach Jenn and Coach Grant always have suggestions so that you are still getting the best workout even if you can’t do the floor exercises.

OrangeTheory for real cares and they prove that by consistently changing up the workouts and ALWAYS providing what's best for members. For example, the Strength 50 workout - it is great! I have been taking 1 Strength 50 class per week for the past month and I already feel and see results. Thank you to my forever amazing Staten Island Coaches - they are THE BEST❤️

I am addicted...I would never challenge myself . I am 65 years old and feel great. I have been working out 3 days a week at Orange Theory and I can tell you I feel better, have more energy, feel fit and dropped a pant size.
OTF workouts are thee most efficient use of time to achieve every participant's endurance, strength, and power goals regardless of age. I enjoy throwing my all into OTF's well-researched, heart-rate monitored, fast-paced, well-coached workouts 3-4 times/week. The OTF workouts maximize results in the least amount of time week in week out. The workout music and working out with other participants in every session is highly motivating and fun as well.
