The coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging. They help me to find more energy than I knew I had! They encourage us by name, so it’s really personalized coaching. The help us to adapt exercises when necessary due to orthopedic issues.

The class focuses on strength training for the entire time which the regular 2G and 3G does not. Although I believe the incorporation of cardiovascular exercises (such as the treadmill and rower) provides a heart healthy situation, it's a nice change of pace to focus strictly on lifting weights without being too exhausted from the cardiovascular training.
It incorporates everything… cardio, strength, endurance. Every class is different and when I leave, I feel great!
I absolutely love this gym I actually upset that I cannot go more often. The staff is great and the atmosphere is even better.

The group setting is great! It’s a very body positive atmosphere, that focuses on fitness and fun, and doesn’t talk about what the scale says. The coaches are always encouraging us to feel good and have fun, while challenging us.

Efficient
Nice variety of Strength exercises, cardio, friendly competition and done. Great group to work out with, you push a bit more running with someone. Coaches are encouraging. I like the competitive specialty events, 200 m row, di-tri. My running and rowing has definitely improved.
I love being able to walk in and the workout plan and guidance is there. I love the coaches and their encouraging words help push me to my full fitness potential.
I enjoy the coaches with motivating energy! Especially at the beginning, they start off the class by getting you pumped. I enjoy how it’s all planned out and they keep track of everyone’s heart rate and following tasks. The music is great and by the end of my workout I feel ready for the rest of my day.
