I love everything about OTF! The coaches, the workout, the music. It is challenging but doable. You can push yourselve harder, or take it easy if you have any orthopedic issues. The coaches will make sure you are using correct form duing the floor exercises and cheer you on during the row and tread block. You will get a full body workout and burn a lot of calories!!

I like that the workouts are varied but still coach led. I like that the workouts are “adjustable” but whether having a Green Day or going all out, they are still challenging and I feel accomplished at the end.
