Being coached and the variety!
The facilities are great and the staff is very friendly! The workouts will get your heart-pumping and really help improve your cardiovascular health--my endurance on the treadmill has improved so much since starting 6 months ago.
Newer member here and I really hate working out. Tried OTF on a whim and am loving it.
OT is the one and only fitness program that I have tried where the 60 minutes of class actually fly by! I look forward to the classes and the coaches have been great. It is also refreshing that the OT staff go out of their way to learn your name and make you feel personally welcome every single time you show up for class!
The Orange Theory workout is straight to the point, no time for playing or profiling. You get in, you work out while getting instant feedback, and you get out. No hanging out, no meet market, no flexing, no one taking up equipment that you need. You don't have to guess about what to do, how long to do it or how to get it done. You're instructed throughout the entire session and instructions are reinforced with demos both live and on monitors. The music is a motivator. OTF is the real deal.

I love everything! The staff is friendly and responsive. They're always in your corner, cheering you on and pushing you to be your best, all with an upbeat attitude. They treat you like your a friend just coming to work out all together. The coaches laugh and have fun during the workouts which always makes me smile. Then on top of that it's a great workout that surprises me every time and keeps me motivated. 5 stars all around!
