Orange Theory differentiates from my typical at home strength training. Lifting and pushing weights is great don’t get me wrong however in order to be a well rounded individual, adding in cross fit really helps overall in both my physique and mindfulness. My wife is a health and wellness professional and has done Orange Theory for a little over two years, and has seen dramatic improvements in both anxiety and stress. We highly recommend Orange Theory as a great workout or complement to your current fitness routine.
