As someone who has been to several orange theory’s and taken classes with many coaches, this studio has some exemplary coaches! They care deeply about their members and always motivate their members.
The workouts are always changing and challenging. The coaches are so fun and energetic and play great motivating music.
The workouts have a good variety yet are also consistent. I can modify them the way that I need. I can really play close attention and be engaged, or I can zone out and just go with the flow. The instructors are well trained. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly.

There are so many things I like about OTF.
- Each day is different, so I don’t get bored, and my body is always challenged;
- The format stays consistent, so I am not confused, even though I haven’t had my coffee yet;
- It is a supportive, not competitive community; I am only competing with myself to continue improving;
- Although I learned about heart rate zones in high school gym class many decades ago, OTF has helped me recognize what the zones feel like, which has helped me outside of the studio, biking and hiking;
- Working out at OTF-Tenleytown gave me the stamina and strength to hike 130 km through the Galician mountains and valleys of Spain on the Camino de Santiago with a full pack, and actually enjoy it.
Challenging , but good instruction
I like that the workouts are very well-balanced and include a combination of cardio and muscular work. I have been prone to injury in the past, especially from running, but I have been working out pretty intensely since I joined OTF and I have had no problems.
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
