I love the coaches and staff at OT Town and Country. They are welcoming and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces. The coaches are amazing, motivating and encouraging.
I like that the workouts are always challenging and that they are different each time. I never get bored or tired of the program.
Manager at this studio was 10/10. She went above and beyond to answer my question. 2 other studios told me that it was my problem and that I would need to resolve it. The manager at this Orange Theory took agency over my problem and coordinated with other studios and eventually submitted a central ticket. I really appreciate her agency and help!
I’ve attended OT The Woodlands since it opened. I love the balance the treads, rowers, and floor work provides. It’s a perfect combo to stay in shape.

The staff and coaches at Towne Lake OTF are professional, friendly and fun! There is a great culture at the TL location and I love being a part of it! The coaches are very motivating even at the 5 am class which is when I normally go.

It is straightforward and not intimidating.
It’s constantly changing but still focused on both cardio and strength training with each hour workout. I always feel great when I’m done and miss it when I have not gone to a class in more than 3-4 days or while vacationing.

Love the energy in the class of every instructor. The studio is very clean and well-maintained. I never have to fight for space and workouts are fun in the morning.

I enjoy the variety of exercises and the opportunity to burn a lot of calories in that 60 minutes. All of the coaches are wonderful, but I usually go to Coach Jodie...she is the absolute best!

I love the workouts at OTF. Each session is different workout from all outs on the tread, to power walking at a 15 incline. Either way the coaches are there to inspire you to do your best. The challenges are there to let you know you are getting stronger, faster, and fitter than when you first started.
