I love the variety & the coaches
It's true what they say...once you try OTF, you're hooked. I cannot say enough positive things about OTF. It has truly changed my life, my outlook on exercise and fitness overall. It is the one workout program I have felt totally committed to and that I truly enjoy - even though sometimes I feel like collapsing after an All-Out on the treads or rower. It is a good kind of exhaustion that ends up benefiting me in the long run. One of the main aspects that I enjoy about OTF is that it is an hour of structured exercise which you can tailor to your fitness level - so basically, you can put as much effort into the workout as you are comfortable but also challenge yourself to do more than you think you can. It is truly an effective workout and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
I love how the workouts help improve my cardiovascular levels. I never thought I could be a jogger/runner and I am now all because of OTF. The coaches are great and really care about our progress.
The variety of workouts every day. I like that we change the exercises and equipment that we use and the coaches keep it moving- we don’t have to think about what to do next, they help the whole way. Good music, good schedule, good coaches , variety of workouts is the magic.
I don’t have to think about it, easy to follow directions. I like usually never doing the same thing for more than a few minutes. It’s always different.

I am constantly challenging myself to push a little harder and have a breakthrough with the tread, rower, and weights. If a workout seems to be getting easier, that means I need to work harder. I love it.

Orangetheory is a WHOLE BODY workout! The staff and coaches are amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful... it is also great that they take time to get to know your name and always welcome you with a smile. The coaches are wonderful... don't let their enthusiasm take away from the fact that they expect you to work hard and will "help" make sure that you get the best workout possible! I love Orangetheory and it has made a tremendous difference in my approach to fitness, as well as my attitude and accountability to making sure my workouts have a high priority in my life.

I like the templates - always new and fast-paced. I also like the comprehensiveness of the workouts. The two coaches I have at Vintage park Houston - Shawn and Ro, are enthusiastic and have great playlists.
I do wish the class schedules would offer a 7 am ish class as they used to
