I like the fact that we never have the same workout. The coaches are very attentive and encouraging.
The workout is always different. The intensity is always up to you, you decide how hard or fast you want to go.
I like that The workouts are typically done in a group setting, and the coaches provide guidance and motivation throughout. This helps me stay committed to my fitness goals, I just love the combination of cardio and weightlifting exercises , I can see the results and I feel so much better, I love orange Theory 🏃🏽♂️

I love the music and the intensity of the workouts! Very motivating!
I feel a real sense of accomplishment when done. I can watch my progress and make adjustments, always shooting for a minimum 12 splats and 400 calories burned. I typically do more, of course, but that's my guiding star. Also, the coaches are terrific at Bellaire--Nicolas--such a calm, beautiful, strong voice that directs and pushes us to "go higher"; Megan--enthusiastically moving us forward and often adds a joke at the end during cool down; and Bryce--funny, encouraging, lifting us up with his banter, and engaging us about the music and the exercises we like best (or not!)--burpees, weights, etc (My trainers). They are encouraging and offer guidance and support. I do the strider, not the tread, and when they call out directions they call my name and tell me what i need to do. I love OTF and what it does for this 71+ year old. PS, I had to see a cardiologist (all is ok) but he loved that I was doing OTF and encouraged me to continue.

Coaches, facility and front desk are excellent! The workouts are always fun and different every time you work out so you are never bored! Cardio, strength, interval training – it’s the best way to spend 60 minutes of exercise and it’s fun!
I like showing up and not having to think about what kind of workout I am doing. Also I appreciate the coaches when they correct my form if I’m not doing correctly.
