I love the versatility of the workouts. I am musically motivated and our coach is a great D. J. and a great instructor. I feel like I’m getting personal coaching attention without the personal trainer price. The coach corrects your form if you’re doing something incorrectly, while encouraging you to get stronger, go faster, be better!!

Encouraging
I always looking forward to my OTF workout! I love the fact that I can do both cardio and weights during OTF. Instructors are great and heart beat monitor is huge plus to monitor the splut points and calories burned.

Everything, the coaches are fantastic, encouraging, supportive and FUN! You can go at your own pace, however, the information available throughout the class will also challenge you to reach new heights. As your performance/balance/endurance improves, so does your motivation.
The front desk staff greets you by name when you first enter and are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate any requests.
OTF, by far, is the best gym, for an all around workout. The best hour of your day.

Coach Tonya! It seems like she’s everywhere all at once. Correcting forms on the strength floor and offering alternative excercises, fixing broken monitors, calling out times for the treadmills, and wiping down equipment. She’s always there for us, keeping us on track and motivated.
