Every workout is different and challenging, and the coaches are fantastic!
I do highly recommend Orange Theory. It is a comprehensive workout in one hour. It can be tapered for each individual’s needs. The coaches and the music make it fun and motivational.
I do see significant results in myself. I remember my first few times on the treadmill, I was struggling to keep my speed and incline even at a low to moderate rate. Now I am able to walk quickly at an incline and run at a strong pace for several minutes. I had particular trouble with the rower, it was new to me and was definitely not my strength! I have improved so much in that area and I see the overall benefit of rowing. The heart monitoring aspect of OT is the best. This is what makes the workout truly effective since it is based on your own heart rate per your age and fitness level. As you see improvements in your heart rate as time goes on, OT adjusts your Orange Zone according to your improvements to keep the workout challenging.
One more thing, the workouts change everyday which keeps the hour fresh and challenging. You will not be bored and you leave feeling like you really had a work out!

Incredible staff
I like the variety. I love that there are different options for each body part, if I’m not able to do it as shown. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I like keeping my work out to one hour. I like that there are many locations; helps when traveling! I like the atmosphere and the music, it really motivates me! And, orange has always been my favorite color!!

I love how I feel after a workout! And I love that I never have to think about my workouts - I just show up, follow the instructions, and I know I’ll have a great workout every time.
I also love that there is no pressure to go faster or lift heavier. I feel free to move at the rate that is right for my body, and to adjust the workout to fit my needs.
