I get a complete workout in one hour.
I love the layout of the strength classes. I don’t feel rushed to complete sets.
They guarantee a ton of calories burned in a clean and fun environment and at your own pace but in a group setting for that added motivation. Also, every workout is different and pretty much works your whole body. No more ‘chest’ or ‘leg’ day only workouts.

Workouts don’t get repetitive since movements and intervals change every day, and provide a nice mix of cardio and strength training.
I love our coaches and how they encourage you during the workout. They aren’t pushy and encourage you for where you are in your fitness journey. While it is a group class you still feel like you are getting that 1:1 experience all while pushing yourself to reach new goals.
I like the group environment. With the trainer walking everyone through the workout at the same time, it feels one on one, but with the team aspect too. Being "in the same boat" with everyone drives me forward.
The variety of exercises and the fact that I don't have to think just do!
I like the variety of each workout. I also like having the Coach just let me know how to train.

I am not sure who the front desk person was / but he was so helpful/kind! I’ve visited a lot of OTFs and usually when it’s a new gym I haven’t been to before the staff can come off a little cold or forward, but he was super nice.
The gym in general was good - a packed clsss that was bumping.
I have had positive experience at this loaction. Great workout, great coaches and knowledgeable friendly staff. They all have motivated me to keep on going. Overall it is a fun way to workout.

I love that I don’t have to think about what I need to do for a workout. Orange theory has it all planned and the coaches are great at explaining the workout and giving any assistance you need. I always get a great full body workout with every Orange theory class I take!
