The coaches are amazing! They motivate you to keep working hard, they really get to know each member & they push you to get real results. The support you get from the OT staff is like no other gym!
I like the excellent coaching and the motivation they give me to work harder than I would if I was by myself. I am a beach volleyball player and OrangeTheory helps my game by improving my reaction time, quickness, and endurance. The strength training helps me jump higher, hit harder. and lowers my chances of getting injured.

It's so much fun! Hard but doable. I always feel great when I am done. The coaches are fantastic. The staff take good care of us with COVID concerns. I really appreciate what they do to help us be safe and stay fit.

I love the motivation and encouragement from the coaches, great music and the ability see the work my body is putting in on the screen. I'm always in tune with when I need to push harder or dial it back!

I like that it is never the same from day to day. I also like that it is a great mix of aerobic and strength exercises. The coaches are super-enthusiastic and friendly and non-judgemental.

The intensity and trainers
After I took my free class, I was hooked and said "sign me up." The instructors at OTF are very motivating and they encourage you to do your best. I really like that the classes have an instructor, which gives you direction of what to expect in the class, which is something I needed because at other gyms, you have to figure it out on your own. All the staff are very professional. The instructors are very, very energetic, which motivates me every class. I am on a weight loss/healthy journey, so I am not in the best shape, but you work at your own pace and you do not feel like you are competing against anyone else, but yourself. I love the heart monitor and being able to see when you earn "Splat" points, which is very encouraging too.
I love the classes that provide a full body workout where each class is different. There are always new and fun ways to get fit! The coaches and staff are amazing and currently with the new covid guidelines they are doing everything to keep us safe in these hard times. I recommend orange theory.
