OTF is the best full body workout! The combination of floor work, rowing and the treadmill ensures all muscles and the cardiovascular system are worked in each class. I just show up and follow the coaches’ instructions. No planning workouts on my end!

It encourages me to do cardio I am otherwise not inclined to do. I think the interval training is an effective and time efficient way to increase my cardio capacity.
