This is the only type of workout that I will NOT do on my own because I usually hate HIIT. I lift and do low-intensity cardio, and OTF workout fills that missing link in my workout routine, and it's so fun!

This was such a high energy and fun work out, it didn’t feel like a drag at all. The class-size is great and instructor was awesome, she was motivating and encouraging to everyone present. I was afraid the work out would be too intense, but it was perfect & each person was able to push themselves to their own limit safely.

I’m 69 years old and the program I attend has flexibility in the exercising. I normally can’t do jumping jacks but there is something else I can do. Everyone is very kind and encouraging while exercising. The exercise program suits my abilities which is the most important thing.
I LOVE OT! I look forward to my workouts and how I feel after. I have toned up and lost fat. I think it’s a great workout for anyone. You don’t have to be a runner. You can walk, ride the bike, or elliptical. The coaches are so motivating! I would highly recommend!
